We offer free estimates: at home or over the phone or by e-mail.

Please be ready to provide some information about your place:

* How big is your place ( square footage )? How many bedrooms, how many bathrooms?

* What kind of floors do you have? ( carpets, hardwood or tile floors )

* How often would you like to have your service? ( one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on call only ).

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform the Professional European Cleaning Service within 24 hours of service and we will happily reclean the area with witch you are dissatisfied.

Professional European Cleaning Service wants you to be 100% satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning instead of refunds: we offer 24 hour guarantee ( please see above ).

If it is necessary to cancel any scheduled appointment for cleaning, please notify Professional European Cleaning Service at least 24 hours before the schedule time. That will allow us to reassign our maids to another job. Please contact us directly, not through the cleaning crew. See our Contact page for more information.

If Professional European Cleaning Service receives less than 24 hours' notice, or can't access your home or office, it will be necessary to us to charge you our minimum fee of $50.
